Why do you use coconut-soy wax?


We knew that we wanted to be as sustainable as possible whilst supporting UK candle suppliers. After researching pretty much all of the available wax in the UK market, we believe coconut wax to be the most sustainable wax out there, and adding soy wax to the mix helps to cover its very limited number of weaknesses. It is because of this that we truly believe that we have a superior wax blend that performs beautifully and lasts much longer than traditional candles & melts. What do I do if there is something wrong or I have made a mistake with my order?


Please get in contact with us as soon as possible using the contact form here. We will do our absolute best to help rectify any issues or make amendments to your order. Please see our Store Policy, Shipping & Returns section for more information.




Can I send a gift to someone at a different address as a gift?


Of course! In fact, we actually encourage gifting. We will do our best to accomodate any gifting needs, as we understand the need to spread a little love during these difficult times. We have several gifting options that you can add to your order such as gift wrapping and greeting cards, and you can find a note section during checkout that you can use to specify any requirements. We can even write a short note in the greeting cards for you before sending it off. Then simply enter the recipient's address during checkout. Please make sure that you specify that the order is for someone else and to be shipped to someone other than yourself to avoid any errors. We may also get in contact to confirm this with you before shipment. What if I'm out when my order gets delivered?


All our shipping options include tracking information which will be sent to you in your shipping notification. This service includes a number of options that you can choose if you are going to be out when your order is due to be delivered, such as leaving your order with a neighbour or in a safe place. If our shipping provider attempts to deliver your order whilst you are out, then they will usually leave a card notifying you that delivery had been attempted, which would contain instructions on how to arrange redelivery or collect from your local sorting location. You will also be able to use the tracking number in your shipping notification email to check the status of your order. If there are any issues with your delivery or you have not recieved tracking information, please get in contact with us here.




Can I get a discount for ordering in bulk?


Of course! We can accomodate bulk orders depending on whether you would like to stock our products or if you wanted to gift our products for party favours. Please visit our wholesale or custom orders page for more information.
